Not bad but you shouldnt stand so close. Work on stepping in and out of range if your looking to work technique. When ever you strike you should always start from out of range then jab advance into range.

I'd like a lettuce, tomato and Munster on rye
All this cheese is gonna make me cry
Gorgonzola, Provolone
Don't even get me started on this microphone.

Sure, I usually care about range and driving my shoulders into the punches. I never work like that with the mits, unless it is with step-ins or if infight is intended. It was more like to just "work" for some short time

Mhmm, dont know, i think this is my 8th year in boxing, but ive been mainly teaching since 2009

My kicks suck by the way, which is mainly due to a disease I have in my left knee, which is also the reason why I have a lot of trouble with BJJ (no strength to sweep with that leg if someobe pins my gi :( )

If its ever getting better I really need to work on some kickboxing, I never know if I will take up shooto or something ;)

Looking pretty sharp mate, maybe work in some power shots to the body and working on your southpaw stance as well as orthodox to keep yourself from getting bored?

Wow nice job. Pretty good speed and control. You seem to drop your left hand a little bit in the combos. Maybe am just wrong.

Very good. Stepping on all punches, very fast and very good movement. Not using the reacj on the jab, but I don't think it's because you don't know how from how you throw it. All in all, nice. :D
